Starting off as a Girl Chorister in Ripon Cathedral, Sophie is now in her last year of studying for a Bmus Vocal performance degree. Sophie has performed in places such as New Zealand, Dublin and London, having had the privilege to sing as a soloist for HRH Duchess of Wessex at the Royal Guards Chapel.

She has also involved herself in many ensembles and choirs such as singing Verdi’s Requiem and Daphnis and Chloe with the Rodolufus Choir/Philharmonia Voices/Philharmonia Orchestra at the Royal Festival Hall.

As well as singing in a classical style, Sophie is also influenced by folk music, I am sure when you pass her busking on Stamford or Chichester high street, a few famous folk tunes will be heard.
